Once, I was wearing a hoodie, jeans and athletic shoes so I probably appeared younger than I am. I'm well over 30 but I've been stopped a couple of times for ID. If you look under 30, they'll want your ID and they'll scan it. You'll encounter security as soon as you walk into the gaming area. If you're young or you look young, take your driver's license or state issued ID with you. If you park on the surface lot, the smoke smell won't be an issue at all. There really isn't a lot they can do about that, unfortunately. All public facilities in Ohio are non-smoking so the elevator will often reek of smoke from the smokers crowding in after being outside. If you're coming in from the garage, you'll have to take the elevator. The casino is actually considered to be on the 3rd floor (there are two underground floors for deliveries and so forth and then upper floors for offices and such). The garage, unknown to most people is free unless you use the valet. First of all parking is ample and well lighted. Our overall impression is very favorable. As a result, my spouse and I have been there several times and we've had others along on occasion too. I live about 15 minutes from the Hollywood franchises newest casino in Columbus, Ohio.
